Silent Piler

The Press-in principle is the basis of the silent piling machine, it utilises the reaction force derived from previously installed piles which are anchored in the ground by soil friction. Then, mounted on the reaction piles, the Silent Piler installs the pile into the ground using static loading with a hydraulic clamp and press system. The mechanism of operation enables the Silent Piler to be very small and lightweight compared to conventional equipment, and by using the previously driven piles can self-walk along the top of the piles.
